摘　　要：硬盘录像机素材转码到非编后发现视音频信号出现了不同步现象,对该现象进行探寻的过程中了解到转码是导致视音频不同步的原因,而有质量问题的视频源是根本原因,从而提出在电视数字化时代更应该重视视频源的质量,重视电视行业的基本规范。When the source material of a hard disk recorder transcodes into non-linearity edit,video and audio signal occurs desynchronized phenomenon.During the process of discovering the phenomenon,it was found out that the trascoding is the reason,and the video with quality issues is the cause.According to this,in the TV digital age,it＇s necessary to pay attention to the quality of the video source,and the basic norms of the television industry.
