摘 要:介绍中央空调节能改造措施及设计方案。通过PLC、变频器等构建了温差闭环控制系统,以达到自动调节中央空调冷却泵的输出流量,实现降低能耗,提高系统稳定性的目的。采用自适应模糊控制理论,既保留了PLC的可靠灵活,又提高了系统的智能化程度。与组态软件的通信,充分体现了WinCC人机交互友好的特点。The measures and program design of the central air-conditioning in energy saving modification are described in this article.Using PLC and inverter construct closed-loop temperature control system in order to automatically regulate the output flow of the central air-conditioning's cooling pump.And finally the purposes of lower energy consumption has been realizesed,the system stability has been improved.By introducing adaptive fuzzy control theory,not only the reliable and flexible of PLC is retained,but also the system's intelligence has been improved.Communicating with the configuration software,the friendly human-machine interaction characteristics of WinCC are full presented.
