摘  要:以模式植物水蕨两性配子体和雄配子体为材料,研究了不同培养密度条件下蕨类植物配子体叶绿素荧光参数的差异,探讨了水蕨配子体光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)对不同培养密度的响应规律.结果表明:同一培养密度条件下水蕨两性配子体的ФPSⅡ、ETRPSⅡ、Fv/Fm和qP值都明显高于雄配子体,且差异显著,两者之间的qN值无显著差异.随着培养密度的增加,水蕨两性配子体的ФPSⅡ、ETRPSⅡ、qP和qN值随之减少,雄配子体的ФPSⅡ、ETRPSⅡ、qP和qN值先升高后降低,但无显著差异.综合分析各项荧光参数发现:水蕨两性配子体PSⅡ的活性相对比雄配子体高,两性配子体和雄配子体的光保护能力相似,100个孢子/mL的培养密度有利于水蕨雄配子体的生长.The differences in the gametophytes fluorescence parameters at various culture densities were first investigated in the hermaphrodite gametophyte and male gametophyte of the model fern—Ceratopteris thalictroides.Further,the responses of photosystem Ⅱ(PSⅡ) of the gametophytes to different culture densities were discussed.The results revealed that the ФPSⅡ,ETRPSⅡ,Fv/Fm and qP of hermaphrodite gametophyte were higher than that of the male gametophyte under the same culture density.However,their differences were marked significant.The values of qN of the two gametophytes have no significant differences.The values of the ФPSⅡ,ETRPSⅡ,qP and qN of the hermaphrodites gametophyte rose with the diminutions in the culture density intensity.The values of ФPSⅡ,ETRPSⅡ,qP and qN of the male gametophyte increased first and decreased then.However,their differences were less significant.By analyzing the fluorescence parameters,the activity of the photosystem II(PSⅡ) of hermaphrodite gametophytes in Ceratopteris thalictroides was higher than that of male gametophytes.The ability of photoprotection of the hermaphrodite gametophytes and the male gametophytes was similar.The culture density of 100 spores /mL was favorable for the development of the male gametophytes
