摘　　要：知识经济和全球化背景下,作为知识资源重要载体的研发机构,开始了全球范围的区位选择.上海作为中国最大的经济中心城市和资本流通最活跃的城市之一,正在成为海外资本和技术进入中国的"桥头堡",研发机构的数量大幅增加,在空间上出现了向某些地区集聚的现象.以上海的研发机构为着手点,在分析了影响研发机构布局的区位因子的基础上,研究了上海研发机构空间布局的特征,发现上海市研发机构的分布受产业基础、政府政策导向以及科研资源等因素影响,表现出分布不均衡与园区化集聚显著等特点.Under the circumstance of the knowledge economy and globalization, R＆D institutions, being an important carrier of knowledge resource, have been starting an expansion across the world. Shanghai, as China＇s largest economic center and one of the most active capital circulation city, now becomes a ＂bridgehead＂ through which foreign capital and technology enter China. This paper examined the factors which influence the location choices of R＆D institutions, and analyzed the characteristics of the distribution of the R＆D institutions in Shanghai. The research results show that the number of the R＆D institutions in Shanghai greatly increased in these years, and they appeared to cluster in some special areas. These changes result from the development level of industries of Shanghai, the government policies and science-technology resource in Shanghai.
