摘　　要：粮库机电设备安装完成后首先要进行单机调试。以检查系统设备的设计、制造和安装调试的质量,能否满足生产运行的需要。在实际工作中往往会碰到意想不到的异常现象,使电机起动失败而跳闸。本文着重介绍了电机故障原因、启动失败故障分析及对策,为了减少电机启动运行故障,在启动前和试运行过程中应检查的项目和进行的事前准备工作。Single machine trial run shall be carried out after the installation of MEC equipment is finished,so as to check whether the design,manufacture and installation can meet the requirement of production.In practical works,there is always some unexpected anomalies that cause the motor start failure and tripping.Thus,the reasons of motor breakdown are mainly introduced here and the analysis,countermeasures,items to be checked before and during the trial run are given.
