摘　　要：对德国MAPAL公司生产的MAPAL刀具的结构、调整及使用要求进行了介绍。在满足其使用要求的基础上，利用MAPAL铰刀加工转向节转向拉杆连接孔、后悬臂深长孔。结果表明，其加工速度快、生产效率高、加工精度高、刀具寿命长，这也是MAPAL刀具优于其它刀具的突出特点。Structure, adjustment and application requirement of the German MAPAL made tools are presented. Result ofprocessing the connecting hole of steering knuckle and drag link as well as the long hole of rear arm with the MAPAL reamershows that the superiority of the MAPAL tool to 0thers is: quick processing speed, high producti0n efficiency, high processing precision and long tool ser-vice life.
