不同新城疫弱毒疫苗在紧急免疫中临床应用效果比较

摘　　要：对发生新城疫感染的某蛋鸡养殖场,将发病鸡群分成A组、B组、C组,并分别用ZM10株、Clone30株、LaSota株三种不同新城疫弱毒株疫苗进行紧急免疫,监测并记录每组蛋鸡死亡率、产蛋率和抗体效价变化情况,并进行比较分析。结果表明,用ZM10株弱毒疫苗进行紧急免疫要优于LaSota株和Clone30株。All the chickens in the farm which had infected Newcastle Disease were divided into A, B, C. Group A was immuned with ZM10; Group B was immuned with Clone 30 ; Group C was immuned with LaSota, to monitor and record every group mortality, production rates and changes in antibody levels, and comparative analysis. The results show that the attenuated vaccine strains with ZM10 emergency immunization is superior to LaSota and Clone 30.
