大圆弧面数控磨削加工的工艺研究

摘  要:在普通铣床上附加动力磨头,采用两轴半的数控系统,数控磨削加工大圆弧面曲线轨迹。此加工方式的优越之处在于,由于变化零件的装夹位置,避开了丝杠间隙对加工的影响,有效地保证了大圆弧面曲线轨迹的完整性。由于在磨削过程中实现了砂轮磨损的瞬时自动补偿,使得零件轮廓的加工精度提高,加工误差减小,有效地保证了大圆弧面曲线精度的一致性。对各类非圆曲线零件的数控磨削加工,有着举一反三的作用。拓宽了数控技术的应用范围和实用性。In ordinary milling machines additional power grinding head,adopting two and half spindle NC system,NC grinding processing large circles curve track is carried out.The advantages of this processing method is avoiding the influence on processing of lead screw clearance for changing the parts clamping position,and the integrality of large circle curve track is effectively ensured.Because of the instantaneous automatic compensation of grinding wheel wear is carried out in the grinding process,the machining accuracy of parts outline is improved,the machining error is decreased and the consistency of great circles curve accuracy is effectively ensured.It has a good exemplary role for the NC grinding processing of various non-circular curve parts,and the application range and practical of NC technology is expanded.
