摘　　要：本文利用我国规模及规模以上制造业企业数据考察了FDI对我国本土企业的出口溢出效应。主要结论包括:FDI对中国本土企业出口的影响是双向的,同时存在"挤出效应"和"溢出效应";基于竞争渠道所产生的出口溢出总体为负,基于信息渠道和示范渠道所产生的出口溢出效应总体为正;不同外向性程度的FDI对我国本土企业的出口溢出效应有明显差异。Based on the data from Chinese manufacturing enterprises specialized in export,this paper analyses the influence of FDI on the export spillover effect of our native enterprises.It concludes that that the FDI export spillover effect produces two-way effect,crowding-out effect and spillover effect.The spillover effect resulting from competition is negative,but the spillover effect arising from information and demonstration is positive and the influence of different export-oriented degree of FDI on the spillover effect of our native enterprises varies.
