摘 要:机械设备的振型和固有频率与其振动现象的发生密切相关。为了减小振动、避免共振、提高磨边机的磨边质量,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对立式玻璃磨边机的关键部件上磨头机构进行了动态特性分析。用实验的方法获取了结合面的动力学参数,并对结合面模型的建立过程做了详细地探讨。对刚性连接、弹簧阻尼连接的有限元模型进行了模态分析,并将分析结果与实验数据进行了对比,结果表明弹簧阻尼连接的模型与实验结果较为接近。通过谐响应分析,模拟了磨边机在实际工作状态时的响应,给出了磨边机磨边过程中出现磨边不均匀的可能原因。The vibration mode and natural frequency of machines are closely related to its resonance phenomena. In order to improve the quality of edging, and reduce vibration or avoid resonance, dynamic eharaeteristies of the grinding equipment was analyzed by finite element analysis software ANSYS. By the experimental method, the joints' kinetic parameters were obtained and detail research on the way of crea- ting joint' s dynamic model was conducted. Model analysis of rigid connection and combined face spring damper connection model was carried out. Test datas were compared with the results of finite analysis. The result shows that the finite element analysis results of combined face spring -damping connection are in good agreement with experimental results. The response state was simulated in actual work by harmonic, and probable reasons for uneven edging were given.
