摘　　要：介绍了响水涧抽水蓄能水轮机机组中顶盖导叶轴孔、底环导叶轴孔、上套筒及导叶的加工工艺方法和不同台份的底环与顶盖同时参加一台导水机构厂内装配的工艺方法及工艺过程,同时分析了导水机构的装配方法。This paper introduces the manufacturing method of Xiangshuijian pumped storage hydroturbine unit＇ s top cover guide vane axle hole, bottom ring guide vane axle hole, upper sleeve and guide vane, and describes the technological approach and process on factory assembly of a guiding apparatus combining with different hydroturbine＇s bottom ring and top cover. At the meantime, the assembly method of guiding apparatus are analyzed.
