摘  要:建立Daihatsu 6PSHdM-26H型船用增压四冲程柴油机相应的物理模型和数学模型,对其热力过程进行模拟计算及分析,采取以喘振为切入点,确立增压系统数值计算方法,给出后燃加剧对船舶柴油机运行性能的影响的计算结果及分析.喷油系统故障或燃用劣质重油导致后燃加剧,排气温度升高,从而影响柴油机的通流特性,改变增压器与柴油机的配合运行线,引起压气机喘振,由此得到增压四冲程中速柴油机增压系统运行的基本规律.A corresponding physical and mathematical model was established for Daihatsu 6PSHdM-26H supercharged four-stroke turbocharged marine diesel engine, and the thermal process was simulated and analyzed. Taking surging as an entry point, a numerical method of turbocharging system was set up. The calcu lation results and analysis of the impact of increased delayed combustion on the running performance of diesel engine were given. Fuel injection system failure or poor quality lowgrade heavy fuel oil would raise the exhaust gas temperature and increase dramatically delayed combustion. It would affect the flow characteristics of the diesel engine, and change the running line between diesel engine and the turbocharger, which led to compressor surging. Finally, the basic running law of turbocharging system for four-stroke medium-speed turbocharged diesel engine was derived.
