CEPA框架下我国内地与港澳信息服务业一体化效应分析——基于制度经济学的视角

摘　　要：从制度经济学视角切入CEPA框架,对内地与港澳信息服务业的一体化发展进行研究,重点考察三地信息服务业更紧密关系安排的一体化制度绩效。研究结果表明:CEPA的服务贸易制度安排推动了香港与内地服务贸易的结构转型与升级,促进了三地的贸易投资与合作,产生了良好的制度绩效,不仅实现了信息成本节约,间接创造了信息供给,还直接促进了管理咨询、信息技术咨询与增值服务、软件服务、相关知识教育服务等相关信息服务业的发展。This paper studies the integration of information service industry between China's Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao in the framework of CEPA from the perspective of institutional Economics. The results show that CEPA＇ s institutional arrangements for trade in services between Hong Kong, Macao and the mainland have promoted the structural transformation and upgrading of service trade, and have improved the trade, investment and cooperation between the three regions, which results in a good institutional performance, such as not only having achieved information cost savings and having indirectly created information supply, but also having directly contributed to the development of management eonsultaney, information technology consultaney and value-added service, software service and knowledge education service, and other information-related service industries.
