构建城乡统筹视角下的城乡双向流动商贸服务体系

摘　　要：我国农村市场潜力巨大,在城乡统筹发展的背景下,建立和完善城乡商贸流通体系已成为发展现代商贸流通业的重要组成部分。基于我国城乡商贸网络布局不合理、现代物流配套服务差距大、农村基础设施建设和金融服务落后等现实,应通过在农村发展多层次的商贸流通服务网络、整合和推广信息技术服务、发展现代物流服务模式、完善农村金融服务机构和提升服务水平等,构建城乡双向流动的商贸服务体系。China＇ s rural market has a huge potential, and in the context of urban-rural integrated devel- opment, the establishment and perfection of urban- rural trade circulation system has become an important part of the development of modern business and trade. Based on the fact that China＇ s layout of urban and rural business network is not reasonable, the gap in modern logistics supporting service is large, and the construction of rural infrastructure and financial services are backward, the paper suggests that a two-way flow service system of commerce should be established by developing multi-level business circulation networks, integrating and promoting information technology services, developing modern logistics modes, and perfecting rural financial service institutions and upgrading service levels, etc.
