摘 要:结合不确定层次分析法、考虑专家评判水平群判断理论、加权集值统计理论、重心决策理论和变权原理,提出桥梁安全综合评估方法。阐明该方法涉及的安全性能评估流程、指标体系、评估权重、指标评语及其确定方法等问题。该方法可考虑安全性评估过程中模糊性、不确定性和不均衡性,使安全评估过程更趋可靠。采用该方法对八尺门连续刚构桥进行安全性能评估,结果表明:日常天气下该桥综合得分为95.422,台风天气下综合得分为95.466,汶川地震后综合得分为95.637,安全状态均为良好,"韦帕"台风和汶川地震对八尺门安全性能基本没有影响,这与现场检测结果相符。The integrated method for assessment of bridge safety was proposed in combination with the uncertain analytical hierarchy process(AHP),group decision-making theory,principle of set-valued statistics,gravity center based decision theory and variable weight theory.The related process of safety assessment,index system,evaluation weight,index comments and their determination methods,et al.,were explained.Fuzziness,uncertainties,and malconformation were considered in the proposed assessment method so that the process of safety assessment was made more reliable.Finally,the proposed safety assessment method was applied to evaluate the safety performance of the Bachimen Continuous Rigid Frame Bridge with long span.The results are as follows: The comprehensive analysis remark is 95.422 in the normal daily weather,is 95.466 in the strong typhoon weather and is 95.637 subsequent to the wenchuan Earthquake.The results indicate that the Bridge maintains safety in all weather conditions.Evaluation is proved in agreement with site measurement.
