摘 要:为厘清贵州省稻瘟病菌主要菌株的遗传谱系的划分及遗传谱系与生理小种的关系,采用基因组重复序列PCR技术(rep-PCR)对贵州省的稻瘟病菌进行基因组指纹分析,结果显示从154个供试菌株分别扩增到2~15条DNA带,经DPS分析软件聚类分析,在欧氏距离3.85遗传相似水平处,供试菌株分为12个遗传谱系。结合传统的植物病理学研究方法,通过对供试菌株的生理小种类型进行测定,将154个菌株分为6个组群21个小种,其中ZB群占优势,ZB1、ZB13为优势小种。比较按遗传谱系和生理小种对菌株的分类,可见,菌株遗传谱系与生理小种间并不存在确定的一一对应关系,同一谱系可由多个不同生理小种菌株组成,而同一生理小种菌株亦可分属于不同的谱系。In order to clarify the classification of genetic lineage and relationship between the genetic lineage and physiologic races of Pyricularia oryzae in Guizhou province,DNA fingerprint of Pyricularia oryzae isolated from Guizhou province was determined by rep-PCR molecular fingerprint technique.The results showed that 2 to 15 DNA bands were amplified for 154 strains;and these strains were accommodated to 12 genetic lineages at the genetic similarity of 3.85 in the cluster analysis by DPS.The 154 stains was divided into 6 groups 21 microspecies tested by the traditional plant pathological method.No corresponding relationship was found between genetic lineage and physiological races.One genetic lineage may have different physiologic races and the same physiologic race may belong to different lineages.
