摘 要:试验对福建烟区13个乡镇翠碧1号(Nicotiana tabacum L.cv.Cuibi No.1)烟叶样品的总氮、总烟碱和挥发性碱含量进行了聚类分析,并进行了类间方差分析。结果表明,上部烟叶中永定湖雷、尤溪洋中和上杭庐丰这3个样点归为一类,其样品的总氮、总烟碱和挥发性碱含量显著低于其他样点;中部烟叶中宁化安远单独归为一类,其样品的总氮、总烟碱和挥发性碱含量显著高于其他样点;下部烟叶中长汀馆前和浦城永兴样点的总烟碱含量显著低于其他样点,宁化安乐样点的总氮和总烟碱含量显著高于其他样点。Nitrogen,nicotine and volatile alkaline content of Nicotiana tabacum L.cv.Cuibi No.1 in 13 townships were analyzed using cluster and ANOVA method.The results showed that the upper leaves of Yongding-Hulei,Youxi-Yangzhong and Shanghang-Lufeng were classified to one class,in which the total nitrogen,nicotine and volatile alkaline content of the leaf samples were significantly lower than those of the others.The middle leaves of Ninghua-Anyuan were grouped separately,of which the total nitrogen,nicotine and volatile alkaline content in the leaf samples were significantly higher than those of the others.The nicotine content of the lower leaves of Changting-Guanqian and Pucheng-Yongxin was significantly lower than those of the others;the total nitrogen and nicotine content of the lower leaves were significantly higher than those of the others.
