摘 要:采用三因素五水平二次通用旋转组合设计,研究不同种植密度、有机肥和磷肥施用量对半夏[Pinel-lia ternata(Thunb.)Briet.]产量和总生物碱含量的影响。结果表明,种植密度是影响半夏产量和总生物碱含量的重要因素,其次为磷肥施用量,有机肥施用量的影响较小。在试验设计范围内,半夏产量随种植密度的增加而增加。半夏总生物碱含量、种植密度在0水平时最高,超过或低于该水平则下降;随有机肥施用量的增加而增加;随磷肥施用量的增加而下降。在生产中,合理密植,科学施用有机肥、磷肥,将有利于半夏的高产优质生产。3-factor and 5-level quadratic regression orthogonal composite design method was used to study the effect of different planting density,application rate of organic fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer on the yield of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.) Briet..The results indicated that planting density was the most important factor influencing P.ternata yield and total alkaloid content,followed by application rate of phosphate fertilizer,application of organic fertilizer was less influential.Within the scope of experiment,the yield of P.ternata increased with planting density.The total alkaloid content of P.ternata was the highest when planting density was 0 level and decreased when planting density surpassed or was inferior to 0 level.Total alkaloid content increased with the application rate of organic fertilizer and decreased with application rate of phosphate fertilizer.High yield and superior quality could be obtained by rational close planting,scientifically applying organic fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer in P.ternata production.
