木立芦荟茎段离体培养再生植株的研究

摘　　要：以木立芦荟(Aloe arborescens var.natalensis)幼嫩茎段为外植体,进行了不定芽诱导及生根的研究。结果表明,以0.1 g/100mL升汞处理外植体10min的灭菌效果最佳;MS+0.1 mg/L NAA+4.0 mg/L 6-BA的激素组合的出芽率为36%;筛选出木立芦荟最佳生根培养基为MS+0.2 mg/L NAA+4.5 mg/L 6-BA。The young stems of Aloe arborescens var.natalensis were cultured as explants to study the induction of cluster shoots and roots.It was proved appropriate that the young stems treated by 0.1 g/100mL HgCl2 for 10 min.MS＋0.1 mg/L NAA＋4.0 mg/L 6-BA was suitable for cluster shoots induction and multifunction as the rate of shoot induction reached 36%.The optimal root-induction media was MS＋0.2 mg/L NAA＋4.5 mg/L 6-BA.
