摘　　要：加大农业科技投资力度是促进农业科技发展、解决"三农"问题的有效手段。在对农业科技投资进行国际比较的基础上,认为我国农业科技投资明显不足,导致了农业科技发展滞后,并提出了促进农业科技发展的对策和建议。Increasing investment intensity on agricultural science and technology was an effective way to promote its development and solve the＂Agriculture,Countryside and Farmer＂ issues.Based on the international comparative analysis of agro-science,an idea that the investment to our country had put on agricultural science and technology was obviously inadequate was raised,which had led to the lag development of agro-science.In addition,some countermeasures and suggestions about promoting the development of agricultural science and technology was offered.
