摘　　要：如何利用农业热线的信息服务基础,建立实用又方便的现代农村科技信息服务体系,是目前急需要解决的问题。以北京市为例,从服务体系功能、体系保障、体系模式等方面,对以农业热线为基础的农村科技信息服务体系建设进行了分析,并提出了发展建议,以期为农村信息服务工作发展提供参考。It is an urgent need to solve the problem of using basic agricultural information service hotline to establish a practical and convenient rural information service system.The rural information service system based on agricultural hotline had constructed in Beijing.The functions,assurance and model of the system were given and analyzed.The suggestion was provided for promoting the system＇s sustainable development.
