摘  要:自行设计了实验装置,研究了柱面—平面接触形式45号钢在不同应力比(R=0.00,0.25,0.50)轴向循环载荷作用下的微动疲劳特性.确定了各应力比轴向循环载荷作用下的S-N曲线,并对微动疲劳断裂裂纹位置及断裂特征作了分析.研究结果表明:相同轴向循环载荷应力幅下,微动疲劳寿命随着轴向循环载荷应力比的增大而有所降低;微动疲劳断裂裂纹位置都在接近于接触中心而又略偏于桥脚外侧的位置;在高应力比下断口截面上裂纹扩展的痕迹更明显,断口截面更规则.An experimental device has been designed to investigate the influence of different axial cyclic loading stress ratios(R=0.00,0.25,0.50) on the behavior of fretting fatigue,under cylinder-on-flat contact,in 45-carbon steel.The S―N curves under the various axial cyclic loading stress ratios were identified.Some analysis was also given to the crack location and the fracture characteristics.The results showed that,under the same axial cyclic loading stress amplitude,fretting fatigue life decreased with increasing axial cyclic loading stress ratio and the location of fretting fatigue fracture are in close contact center but a bit more in the outer parts of the fretting bridge feet.The fracture cross-section has more obvious traces of crack propagation at high stress ratio and it also has a more regular fracture cross-section.
