摘 要:用ANSYS有限元程序对T型钢半刚性连接节点的非线性性能进行了分析,将其计算结果与试验结果做了比较,两者吻合较好.通过对11个系列共28个T型钢连接试件的有限元分析,探讨了各类组件对节点性能的影响.结果表明:T型钢翼缘厚度及柱翼缘厚度对节点性能的影响很大,且柱腹板的抗剪能力对此有较大影响;柱腹板水平加劲肋、柱腹板厚度及柱截面高度对节点性能有一定影响;增大梁截面高度,能够显著提高节点的承载力和初始刚度;T型钢腹板厚度、螺栓的直径及排列间距对节点的性能影响较小.T型钢连接梁柱节点属于半刚性连接节点,建议设计中应考虑其不利影响.To analyze the nonlinear behaviors of T-stub semi-rigid connections by ANSYS finite element program and to compare the result with testing result,we find the two results are identical.Through analyzing 11 series of total 28 T-stub connection samples by finite element and discussing the effects of several of components on connection behaviors.The results show that the thickness of T-stub flange and the thickness of column flange has great influence on connection behaviors and the shear resistance capacity of the web of the column has significant impact on it;stiffeners in the web of the column,the thickness of the web of the column and the height of the column section has a certain influence on connection behaviors.Enlarge the height of the beam section,it will improve the load-bearing capacity and initial stiffness;the web thickness of T-stub,the bolt diameter and spacing arrangement has less influence on the connection behaviors.The T-stub beam-column connections are semi-rigid connections,its adverse effects should be considered in the design.
