平衡针灸治疗女性经行头痛的临床研究

摘　　要：【目的】观察平衡针治疗经行头痛的临床疗效。【方法】随机将经行头痛患者69例分为治疗组43例和对照组26例。对照组采用西乐葆口服治疗,治疗组给予平衡针治疗。2组均以14 d为1个疗程,疗程结束后判定治疗效果,并分析2组患者症状缓解的时间和伴随症状改善的情况。【结果】对照组总有效率为80.77%,治疗组总有效率为95.12%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组1周之内症状好转的患者达85.37%,而对照组1周之内症状好转的患者为69.23%,2组比较治疗组的症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗后2组恶心欲呕、不思饮食、烦躁等伴随症状均显著改善(与治疗前比较,P<0.01),且治疗组的改善作用优于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】平衡针能明显缓解经行头痛症状,缩短病程,疗效显著,治疗女性经行头痛具有明显优势,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of balance-needling for the treatment of menstrual headache.Methods Sixty-nine menstrual headache patients admitted in Zhuhai Branch Hospital of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July,2005 to October,2010 were randomized into the treatment group（N=43） and the control group（N=26）.The control group was given oral use of celebrex and the treatment was given balance-needling.After treatment for 14 days,the therapeutic effect was evaluated,and time for symptom relief,the improvement of complicated symptoms were observed.Results The total effective rate was 80.77% in the control group and 95.12% in the treatment group,the difference being significant（P0.01）.In the treatment group,85.37% of the patients had symptom relief within one week,and 68.30% had obvious symptom relief within 2 weeks.In the control group,69.23% of the patients had symptom relief within one week,and 34.62% had obvious symptom relief within 2 weeks.After treatment,the complicated symptoms of vomiting and nausea,poor appetite and restlessness were relieved in both groups（P0.01 compared with those before treatment）,and the relief was obvious in the treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion Balance-needling exerts certain effect for the treatment of menstrual headache by relieving headache and shortening disease course.
