摘  要:【目的】探讨毛橘红总黄酮提取物对酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。【方法】采用二锅头灌胃4周,结合喂养高脂饲料复制慢性酒精性肝损伤大鼠模型,造模同时分别给予不同浓度毛橘红总黄酮提取物,分别检测各组动物血清谷丙转氨酶(AST)、谷草转氨酶(ALT)含量,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测各组大鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)的含量。【结果】与空白对照组比较,模型组ALT及AST含量显著升高(P<0.01),与模型组比较,不同剂量毛橘红总黄酮(217 mg/kg、433 mg/kg、108 mg/kg)均可不同程度降低ALT、AST、TNF-α、TGF-β1和IL-6的含量。【结论】毛橘红总黄酮可降低炎性细胞因子TNF-α、TGF-β1和IL-6的含量,对慢性酒精性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。Objective To explore the protective effects of total flavonoids in Exocarpium Citri Grandis on alcoholic hepatic injury.Methods Rat models of chronic alcoholic hepatic injury were established by gastric gavage of Er-Guotou White Spirit and by feeding with high-fat forage for 4 weeks.During the modeling,the rats were given different concentrations of total flavonoids in Exocarpium Citri Grandis.Serum contents of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1) and interleukin 6(IL-6) were detected.Results Compared with the blank control group,serum ALT and AST levels were increased in the model group(P0.01).Total flavonoids in Exocarpium Citri Grandis at the concentrations of 217 mg/kg,433 mg/kg and 108 mg/kg decreased the serum levels of ALT,AST,TNF-α TGF-β1 and IL-6 to various degrees.Conclusion Total flavonoids in Exocarpium Citri Grandis exerts certain protective effect on chronic alcoholic hepatic injury by decreasing contents of inflammatory factors of TNF-α,TGF-β1 and IL-6.
