摘  要:【目的】评价广东英德引种毛橘红的质量。【方法】选取英德及化州产毛橘红样品,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定其柚皮苷和野漆树苷含量,色谱柱为Luna C18柱,流动相为甲醇—水—冰醋酸,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长分别为283、345 nm。【结果】英德产毛橘红柚皮苷和野漆树苷含量均高于化州产毛橘红。【结论】广东英德引种毛橘红柚皮苷含量符合2010年版《中国药典》规定,研究结果初步显示在广东英德引种毛橘红是可行的。Objective To evaluate the quality of Citrus grandis Osbeck.var.tomentosa Hort.planted in Yingde of Guangdong province.Methods The medicinal plants of Citrus grandis Osbeck.var.tomentosa Hort.from Yingde and Huazhou were selected as samples.For the determination of the content of naringin and rhoifolin,HPLC was performed on Luna C18 column with methanol-water-acetic acid as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,detection wavelength was set at 283 nm and 345 nm.Results The contents of both naringin and rhoifolin in Citrus grandis Osbeck.var.tomentosa Hort.from Yingde were higher than those from the GAP-producing areas in Huazhou.Conclusion The naringin content from Citrus grandis Osbeck.var.tomentosa Hort.planted in Yingde of Guangdong province complies with the regulation of Chinese Pharmacopoeia published in the year of 2010.The preliminary research results indicate that it is feasible to plant Citrus grandis Osbeck.var.tomentosa Hort.in Yingde.
