摘　　要：通常乡镇医院的经济收益是由病人的经济支付能力、医院提供卫生服务的可及性和医生的作用三方面因素决定的。对此从理论和实践方面进行了探讨,得出:减轻病人负担、上门为群众提供多功能医疗服务、优质的医疗服务是提高乡镇医院效益的有效途径。As broad organizational base for rural health promotion, disease prevention and treatment, township hospitals will have increasingly important benefits, through mutual aid, cooperation, partherships in multilevel and all - directional health care system: in many cases, patient is referred to a higher level hospital for advice or essential treatment and then, for a rationally prompt, coordinated discharge, returned to the care of primary physicians and caregivers; with medical advances and expansion, services can now be offered from a spectrum of locations, ranging from hospital to more community - based setting to home; adequate and coordinated efforts should be made so that township hospitals have feasible service and benefit development.
