江西赣南客家食用植物的民族植物学研究

摘　　要：运用民族植物学方法,对赣南地区客家居民食用植物种类、食用方法及植物崇拜和信仰等进行了较为全面的调查研究.共记录了赣南客家食用植物57种(属于31科),其中栽培的32种,野生的有25种,并对赣南一些蔬菜植物的开发利用前景进行了分析与探讨.The edible plants,edible ways,plant worship and religious beliefs of Gannan Hakkas are investigated and studied by ethnobotanical methods.Some 57 species of edible plants（belonging to 31 families） are reported here,in which 32 species are domesticated vegetables and 25 species are wild plants.The development potential of some wild plants and vegetables in southern Jiangxi has been analyzed.Furthermore studies are suggested and discussed.
