局部物理和化学疗法对尖锐湿疣患者细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：观察局部物理和化学疗法对尖锐湿疣病人机体免疫功能的影响。将45例尖锐湿疣病人分成两组 ,分别用0.5 %鬼臼毒素和高频电烧灼治疗 ,在治疗前后检测病人外周血NK细胞、T淋巴细胞亚群分布和白介素 2水平。结果 :尖锐湿疣病人的细胞免疫功能有异常。治疗前病人血中的CD8+细胞百分比显著增加 ,CD4+细胞百分比减少 ,CD4+/CD8+比率下降 ,血清白介素 2水平低于正常值 ,治疗后病人的细胞免疫功能有一定程度的恢复 ,但两组间的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结果示局部物理或化学方法去除尖锐湿疣疣体对病人机体免疫功能的影响基本一致。The influence of physical therapy and chemotherapy on cellular immunity of patients with condyloma acuminatum was observed. The patients were divided into two groups: one group treated by 0.5% podophyllotoxin(21 patients) and the other by high frequency electrocautery(24 patients). The natural killer cells, lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and serum interleukin 2 of every patient were detected before and after the therapy. Before treatment the percentages of CD8+ lymphocytes in the blood of the patients increased significantly , the percentages of CD4+ lymphocytes decreased , and CD4+/CD8+ ratio decreased. The serum level of interleukin 2 was lower than normal. The patients function of cellular immunity showed some degree of improvement after treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P >0.05). Both physical therapy and chemotherapy have similar effect on the function of cellular immunity of patients with condyloma acuminatum.
