摘　　要：由于中西部农村地区客观条件限制以及中西部农村商品流通市场制度的缺失等原因,导致我国中西部农村地区流通体系存在着严重的问题,严重影响了我国全面建设小康社会的进程。为此,重点针对中西部农村地区商品流通现存问题,探讨如何建设现代化的流通组织,扶持新型农村连锁经营企业,构建统一的配送中心以及搭建农村商品信息网络平台,从而推进我国中西部农村地区商品流通体系的建设。The objective conditions in central and western rural areas of central and western rural commodity circulation and the absence of market institutions and other reasons,leading to circulation system of the central and western rural areas,there is a serious problem,a serious impact on our process of building a moderately prosperous society.This article will focus on the central and western rural areas for the existing problems of commodity circulation,the flow of how to build a modern organization,supporting the new rural chain operator,to build a unified rural commodity distribution center and information network platform built to promote the circulation of commodities in rural areas of central and western system construction.
