地方院校经济管理类专业“法商结合”人才培养模式探究——以西北政法大学经济管理学院为例

摘　　要：社会主义市场经济的发展需要大量高层次的商学专业素质和兼有法学专业素质的经济管理类人才。为使地方院校经济管理类教育获得自己独立存在和发展的地位,形成地方院校办经济、管理类专业的鲜明特色,提出以"法商结合"为基础的经济、管理类复合型人才培养方案,着重培养基本功扎实、知识面宽、素质高,具有较强的实践能力、较强的适应性和创新意识的高级人才,从而提高学生综合素质,使学生受益。The development of socialist market economy calls for many high - level personnel specialized in economics and management with both business and law expertise. The economics and management specialty in higher education of the local government should become independent and find its own position, along with its distinctive features In order to reach this goal, this paper puts forward the inter - disciplinary personnel training mode --combination with law and business specialty. This mode is aimed at train highly qualified talents with solid foundation, wide scope of knowledge, high quality, stronger practical ability, adaptation and innovative ability so that students can benefit a lot from enhancing their comprehensive quality.
