Policy and Countermeasures for Document Acquisition Work in University Library

摘　　要：当前许多高校图书馆文献采访工作受到两个政策的规范:一是《普通高等学校基本办学条件指标(试行)》对高校图书总量和年新增数量提出了明确要求,增加了图书采购工作的压力;二是招标采购方式限制了图书采购的渠道,增加了图书采购工作的难度。高校图书馆要通过相应对策,提高图书采购质量。At present, document acquisition work is regulated by two policeispolicies in many university libraries： the total volume and annual purchase are made clear by Indexes of Conditions for Operating Regular Institutions of Higher Learning （Trial）, which increases the pressure of purchasing; public bidding limits the purchasing chnnelchannel and increase the difficulty in purchasing. Countermeasures are put forward in order to improve the quality of purchasing.
