摘  要:目的 探讨兔眼植入著者研制的氟-肝素表面修饰人工晶状体的生物相容性.方法 PMMA及氟-肝素修饰人工晶状体各32枚分别植入兔眼内,术后不同时期处死动物,取眼前段标本进行电镜观察.结果 PMMA人工晶状体组角膜实质出现小局灶性水肿,该处胶原纤维松散,有活跃的巨噬细胞及浆细胞,并有角膜内皮细胞粗面内质网中度扩张;睫状体间质细胞浸润较多,胶原纤维不规则,还有成纤维细胞分布其间.而氟-肝素修饰组,则有较轻的反应.结论 氟-肝素修饰人工晶状体略有较好的生物相容性.To study the biocompatibility of the F-heparin surface modified intraocular lenses(IOLs)disigned by the authors. Methods 32 PMMA and 32 F-heparin surface modified IOLs were implanted into the rabbits'eyes. The rabbits were sacrifized at different times after operation . The anterior segments of the eyes were examined with TEM. Results PMMA IOL group showed focal edema of corneal stroma with loosening of collagen fibers, active macrophages and plasma cells and also moderate dilatation of granular endophasmic reticula in corneal endothelium. In the ciliary body there were cellular infiltrations, irregular collagen fibers and fibroblast cells. But in the F-heparin surface modified IOL group there were mild reaction. Conclusion F-heparin surface modified IOL possessed a little better biocompatibility.
