美国城市规划教育的体系组织——我们可以借鉴什么

摘　　要：本文阐述美国城市规划实务、教育组织、课程设计与专业技能训练之间的体系关联。作者认为:得益于开放与多元化的专业教育组织形式,以及执业能力导向的专业技能训练,美国规划师虽然工作领域广,但却有一套共同的规划技能和价值体系;这些经验对我国的规划教育发展具有若干启示意义。This paper elaborates the relations among professional practice,educational organization,curriculum design and skill training of urban planning in the USA.The results show that open and plural forms of educational organization,as well as the Ability-To-Practice oriented skill training,enable most of the American planner to share a common set of skills and values,even though they may specialize in very different areas.Planning education in China can draw some lessons from the experience of that in America.
