妇外栓抗炎止痒作用的药理研究

摘　　要：目的观察妇外栓对大小鼠局部抗炎和对磷酸组织胺所致豚鼠瘙痒反应的止痒作用。方法取小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠复制炎症和瘙痒模型,再用不同剂量的妇外栓外涂患处,以观察其对炎症和瘙痒的抑制作用,并与康妇特栓和蒸馏水进行同期对照。结果 40%、20%、10%妇外栓和20%康妇特栓对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀均有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01);致炎后1h,40%、20%妇外栓和20%康妇特栓均有明显的抗蛋清所致的大鼠足跖肿胀的作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),但2、4、6h后所测的肿胀度各组差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);40%、20%妇外栓和20%康妇特栓均可提高磷酸组织胺所致豚鼠后足的致痒阈(P<0.01),且40%、20%妇外栓致痒阈明显高于20%康妇特栓(P<0.01)。结论妇外栓具有明显的抗炎和止痒作用,且抗炎作用与康妇特栓相当,但止痒效果比康妇特栓强。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritus effects of Fuwai Suppository. Methods Anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritus effects of Fuwai Suppository were observed on dimethylbenzene-induced auricular edema in mice, egg white-induced foot-plate swelling in rats and Histamine phosphate -induced pruritus in guinea pigs. The Kangfute Suppository was used as positive control. The distilled water was used as blank control. Results The results indicated that the 40%, 20%, 10% Fuwai Suppository and the 20% Kanglute Suppository had significant effect on dimethylbenzene-induced auricular edema in mice （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）; the 40%, 20% Fuwai Sup pository and the 20% Kangfute Suppository had significant effect on egg white-induced foot-plate swelling in rats （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）, but af ter 2, 4, 6 h, they had no significant difference （P〉0.05）; the 40%, 20% Fuwai Suppository could raise the pmritic threshold on Histamine phosphate -induced pruritus in guinea pigs more significantly than 20% Kangfute Suppository （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Fuwai Suppository has the obvious effects on anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritus, and its effects on anti-inflammatory is the same as Kangfute Suppository, its ef fects on anti-pruritus is more effective than Kangfute Suppository.
