摘　　要：目的探讨眼钝挫伤前房积血的护理措施。方法对78例（78眼）眼钝挫伤前房积血治疗护理资料进行分析。结果 13例（13眼）Ⅰ级前房积血病人行保守治疗,19例（19眼）Ⅱ级前房积血和46例（46眼）Ⅲ级前房积血病人行前房冲洗术,出院时病人视力0.02~0.1者10眼,0.2~0.4者46眼,0.5~0.7者15眼,0.8~1.0者7眼,78例（78眼）病人眼压均≤21mmHg。结论治疗前做好患者的心理护理和手术准备工作,术后加强体位护理,预防并发症,做好健康指导,对确保治疗手术成功,巩固疗效促进康复有重要作用。Objective To evaluate the nursing of tranmatic hyphema caused by contusion. Methods To retrospectively review the clinical data of 78 traumatic hyphema patients. Results 13 cases （13 eyes） of stage I hyphema were given non-operation treatemt, 19 cases （19 eyes） of stage II hyphema and 46 cases （46 eyes） of stage III hyphema were given operation. When discharged, their best-corrected visual acuity （BCVA） were as follows： BCAV was between 0.02 - 0.1 in 10 eyes, 0.2 - 0.4 in 46 eyes, 0.5 - 0.7 in 15 eyes, 0.8 - 1.0 in 7 eyes. All of the ocular pressure of 78 cases （78 eyes） was ≤21 mm Hg. Conclusion Health education and preparation before operation and proper position after operation seem to be the promising treatment with good functional results.
