摘　　要：目的通过对临床工作中非甲级片产生原因的分析,探讨影响DR摄片质量的因素,提出优化措施,提高甲级片率。方法对2010年3月～2010年12月中评片统计汇集的506例非甲级片进行回顾性分析。结果非甲级片产生主要受到以下因素影响:1.设备本身因素;2.摄影条件的选择;3.人为因素的影响;4.后处理技术的运用。结论正确掌握DR设备的特性,针对影响DR摄片质量的各种因素进行优化选择及控制,可很好提高DR摄片甲级片率。Objective To analyze the causes of non-grade-A film in clinical work, research the affecting factors of DR film quality, and improve the grade A film rate. Methods The 506 non-grade-A films from March 2010 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Non-grade-A film produced mainly by the following factors： equipment factor, conditions of photography, human factors and the use of post-processing techniques. Conclusion Correctly understanding the characteristics of the DR equipments, optimizing and controlling the various factors can improve the rate of A grade film.
