摘　　要：提出了矿山废弃地资产化经营的构想,分析了矿山废弃地资产化经营的可行性和内涵,并结合实践总结了矿山废弃地资产化经营的途径。研究结果表明:矿山废弃地资产化经营具有理论和实践基础,矿山废弃地资产化经营是可行的;矿山废弃地资产化经营的途径有修复式开采、采用经济效益显著的矿山废弃地利用方式和土地置换机制。提出了一些推进矿山废弃地资产化经营的建议。In order to realize market-oriented operation for regulation and utilization of abandoned mine lands and solve financial difficulties,capitalized operation of abandoned mine lands is put forward.This paper firstly discusses feasibility and connotation of capitalized operation of abandoned mine lands,and then summarizes approaches of capitalized operation of abandoned mine lands on the basis of practice.The results show that capitalized operation of abandoned mine lands has theoretical and practical basis,so it is feasible to start the capitalized operation.There are also some approaches in practice,namely recovery mining,adopting land utilization patterns of high economic benefit,and land replacement mechanism.Finally,some suggestions are proposed aiming to boost capitalized operation of abandoned mine lands.
