摘  要:目的探讨重庆地区视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)基因多态性与2型糖尿病(T2DM)及临床表型的关联性。方法运用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)技术检测中国重庆地区335例无亲缘关系的人群(T2DM患者184例,正常对照151名)中RBP4基因rs17484721和rs3758539多态性。结果 RBP4基因rs17484721和rs3758539位点多态性在糖尿病和对照组之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。糖尿病组rs17484721AA基因型携带者的HOMA2IR值明显高于其他基因型(ANCOVA=5.181,P<0.05),rs3758539GA+AA基因型携带者的空腹血糖值明显高于GG基因型(ANCOVA=6.246,P<0.05)。结论中国汉族人群中RBP4基因多态性可能与T2DM相关。Objective To discuss the relationship of retinal binding protein 4 (RBP4) gene polymorphism with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and clinical phenotype in Chongqing area, China. Methods A technology of matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) was applied to detect the polymorphism of rs17484721 and rs3758539 locus in RBP4 gene in 184 T2DM patients and 151 normal unrelated controls. Results There was no statistically significant difference in genotypes and allele frequency of polymorphism of rs17484721 and rs3758539 locus in RBP4 gene between diabetes and normal control group (P〉0.05). In the diabetic group, the value of the HOMA2IR was significantly higher in AA genotype of rs17484721 than in other genotypes(ANCOVA = 5. 181, P〈0. 05), the value of the fasting blood glucose was significantly higher in GA+AA genotype of rs3798539 than in GG genotypes(ANCOVA= 6. 246 ,P〈0. 05). Conclusions RBP4 gene polymorphism may be associated with type 2 diabetes in Chinese Han population.
