Dot-ELISA的囊虫病免疫诊断价值

摘　　要：本文用纯化糖蛋白抗原对１１６ 例囊虫病人血清进行Ｄｏｔ－ ＥＬＩＳＡ检测，阳性率为９６．８％ （１１２／１１６），３６ 例健康人血清皆为阴性，２７ 例肝吸虫病与包虫病人血清除２例外均为阴性，并以ＩＨＡ和ＥＬＩＳＡ作对照，结果表明Ｄｏｔ－ ＥＬＩＳＡDot-ELISA was used in the immunodiagnosis of cysticercosis with the lentil lectin.The positive rates of the sera sample from 116 all showed negative reactions,and 27 sera from clonorchiasis and echinocococosis all showed negative reactions except 2 sera.The ELISA and IHA were devaluated comparatively.The results indicated that this method was highly sensitive and specifici in dignosis.
