摘 要:薄壁混凝土结构受昼夜温差的影响更容易产生裂缝。针对这一问题.利用三维有限单元法对某薄壁混凝土结构施工期进行了温度场和应力场的仿真计算分析。结果显示,在昼夜温差作用下,薄壁混凝土结构表面和内部均会产生较大应力波动,波动幅度在0.3-1.9MPa之间,对施工期温控防裂不利。此外,对薄壁混凝土结构施工期的仿真计算,环境温度取日气温变化更加合理。该研究能为具有较大昼夜温差地区的混凝土工程施工设计提供参考。The thin-walled concrete structure is more prone to cracking when constructing on the condition of larger diurnal temperature difference. The 3-D FEM is adopted to simulate the thermal and stress fields of a thin-walled concrete structure during construction after considering diurmal temperature difference. The results show that the fluctuation of stress will appear not only in the surface but also in the inner, and the fluctuation range is between 0.3-1.9 MPa, which is adverse to temperature control and crack prevention. The simulation also shows that using daily temperature variation as input is more reasonable for analyzing the stress of thin-walled concrete structure. The research can be as reference to the projects which built in the area with larger diurnal temperature difference.
