摘 要:为减少内螺纹冷挤压过程中机床内外干扰力激励引起的受迫振动对螺纹加工质量和挤压丝锥寿命的影响,研究了不同挤压加工条件下高强度钢内螺纹冷挤压过程中的振动信号,并通过频谱分析分析了幅值与频率产生的原因。研究结果表明,不同挤压速度下振动幅值变化趋势相同,主振频率呈随机变化。不同冷却润滑方式下振动幅值与主振频率基本保持不变,当冷却润滑液的黏度超过32mm2/s时,振动幅值与频率会发生急剧变化,出现了高频振动,容易导致挤压丝锥的断裂。In order to reduce the effects of the forced vibration caused by inside and outside disturbing forces of machine tool on the quality of thread and the life of extrusion tap,this paper researched the vibration signals in the cold extrusion process of high-strength-steel internal thread under different extrusion conditions,and the change reason was also analyzed through the spectrum analysis.The results show that the variation trend of the vibration amplitude values is similar under different extrusion velocities,and the master oscillation frequency changes in a random way.The amplitude value of vibration and the master oscillation frequency remain virtually unchanged under different lubrication patterns.While the viscosity number of lubricant exceedes 32mm2/s,the amplitude value of vibration and the master oscillation frequency can change dramatically,and high frequency vibration appears,then causing rupture of the extrusion tap.
