摘  要:目的观察人参皂苷Rg1对豚鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法建立垂体后叶素致豚鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察人参皂苷Rg1对垂体后叶素诱发心肌缺血豚鼠心电图T波和ST段的影响,测定血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果人参皂苷Rg1能抵抗对垂体后叶素诱发豚鼠心电图T波和ST段的抬高(P<0.05,P<0.01),降低血清中AST、CK和LDH活性(P<0.05,P<0.01),升高血清中SOD和GSH-Px活性和明显降低MDA含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论人参皂苷Rg1对垂体后叶素致豚鼠急性心肌缺血具有明显的保护作用。Objective To observe the protective effect of Rgl on acute myocardial ischemia in Guinea pigs. Methods Acute myocardial ischemia Guinea pig model was induced by pituitrin. The effect of Ginsenoside Rgl on T wave and ST segment of ECG in acute myocardial ischemia Guinea pigs was observed, and serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) , aspartate aminotransferase(AST), creatine phosphokinase(CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) , superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px) activities and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were examined. Results Ginsenoside Rgl obviously resisted the heights of ST segment and T wave which was caused by pituitrin (P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). It also markedly inhibited the levels of serum AST, CK and LDH activities(P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01), obviously increased the activities of serum SOD and GSH-Px, and decreased MDA content (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion Ginsenoside Rgl has protective effect on pituitrin-induced acute myocardium ischemia in Guinea pigs.
