摘 要:自密实高性能混凝土是具有典型自密性和填充性的特种混凝土,其组成材料比例对技术性能和应用效果影响显著。根据自密实高性能混凝土配合比设计原则,结合临江红水河特大桥工程实际要求,进行C50自密实高性能混凝土配合比优化设计。试验结果表明:自密实高性能混凝土配合比设计时,需通过试验选择合理的原材料品种和掺量,并在工程应用中进一步优化配合比;推荐配合比使用的外加剂性能稳定,混凝土主要性能指标的重现性好,力学性、稳定性和耐久性均有大幅度的改善与提高。工程应用表明:新拌混凝土满足泵送工艺的要求,施工中无堵管或爆管现象,现场抽检的坍落度和强度测定值均合格,形成的混凝土结构外观质量良好。The self-compacting high performance concrete is a kind of special concrete having typical self-compactness and filling capacity. The constituent material proportion of the concrete has distinctive influence on the technical performance and application effect of the concrete itself. The optimization design of mix proportioning of the C50 self-compacting high performance concrete was made based on the design principle of the mix proportioning of the concrete and the actual demands of the project of Linjiang Hongshui River Bridge. The test results indicate that in the design of the mix proportioning of self-compacting high performance concrete, it is necessary to select rational materials and admixtures through test and to further optimize the mix proportioning in engineering application; the recommended admixtures for the mix proportioning show stable performance, the reproducibility of the main performance indices of the concrete is good and the mechanical behavior, stability and durability of the concrete gain substantial improvement. The engineering application indicates the freshly mixed concrete meets the requirement of pumping technology, no duct blockage or bursting occur in the construction, the values of slump randomly inspected at site and the measured strength value are qualified, and appearance quality of the structure formed by the concrete is good as well.
