摘　　要：文章在回顾中国共产党西藏基层党组织初期发展研究的现状后,根据当时的报刊、口述史等历史资料,复原了西藏山南地区"凯松村党支部"作为西藏中共基层党组织"第一支部"创建的历史,归纳了"第一支部"创建的历史意义。After reviewing the early development of the grass-roots Communist Party organizations in Tibet, the history of the first Party branch of Tibet, the Party branch of Kasong village in Lhorka prefecture, as a grass-roots Communist Party organization of Tibet, is explored by referring to historical documents as newspa- pers, oral records and so on, and the significance of establishing the Party branch is discussed in the article.
