摘　　要：2011年，全球移动支付市场进入“战国时代”。电信运营商，无论是最早介入移动支付市场的日本电信大鳄NTTDOCOMO，还是去年由美国前三大电信运营商合资成立的ISIS公司，或是正在法国NICE开展迄今为止最大一次NFC试点的欧洲运营商Orange。亦或是全球拥有用户数目最多、正在申清第三方支付牌照的中国移动。他们对手机及相关生态圈有着巨大掌控力，也涉足一些应用，首当其冲成为移动支付市场上的一个重要阵营。A war is expected to take place in the global mobile payment market this year. From telecom operators,which have absolute control on handsets and related ecosystem, to traditional financial institutions such as credit cards organizations and banks, which enjoy a large number of clearing platforms and off-line payment sites,and to third-party payment organizations,which cover most of the online payment market,they all take moves to enter the mobile payment market. Apart from the above strong players,new forces are rising.Mobile Internet platform providers such as Google are also aiming at the market with their integration power and influence on the market.With rich products, precise user channels and huge information resources,Google is expected to connect its various products to achieve a success on the mobile payment sector. Handset makers,once considered as a passive hardware sellers,now speed up their steps into the market with semi-App Store models,which have shaped good shopping habits of users.And Internet players with vast user bases such as e-commerce retailer Amazon and social networking site Facebook are also joining this war. These players are extreme active since the end of last year,and some even joined hands in the competition.They are fighting for three key factors:security chips that decide the industrial chain,user accounts and channels. Those who have strong economic strength and big user bases have a fatter chance to grab the three key factors. And finally,the governments and organizations of standardization also play a crucial role.The mobile payment chain is so complicated that a multi-standard is needed. But the fair play on the market,not the standard,counts.
