4-芳基-2，2’：6’，2″-三联吡啶的合成及其荧光性质的测定

摘　　要：以2－乙酰基吡啶和二茂铁甲醛或对卤素苯甲醛为原料，在室温下的THF中制得5—4－二茂铁、对卤素苯）－1，5－二（2－吡啶基）－1，5－戊二酮，后者在甲醇溶液中与醋酸铵反应即可得标题化合物，总产率86％．与文献相比，反应条件较为温和，步骤简单，纯度较高可直接用于下一步合成。此外还对荧光进行了表征，对比可知，在三联吡啶体系中，二茂铁基有淬灭荧光的作用。4-Aryl-2,2＇ ：6＇ ,2 -Terpyridine was prepared by reaction of 2-acetylpyridine with 4-arylaldehyde at lower temperature using THF as the solvent, followed by reacting with ammonium acetate for 5h in the presence of methanol and the final product 4-aryl-2,2＇ ：6＇ ,2″-terpyridine was obtained with yield of 85%. The above reaction conditions were mild and the steps were simple. It is important that because of its higher purity, it could be used for the next step synthesis.
