摘　　要：目的:研究颈部淋巴结结核的超声弹性成像表现,评价超声弹性成像在其诊断中的价值。方法:采用弹性5分评分法对44例97个颈部淋巴结结核病灶进行分析。结果:有85.7%(30/35)结节型和83.7%(36/43)干酪坏死型颈部淋巴结结核的超声弹性成像评分和为1～2分,有57.8%(11/19)愈合钙化型的弹性成像评分为3～4分。结论:绝大多数颈部淋巴结结核病灶硬度较小,超声弹性成像评分较低,有助于诊断。Objective：To invetstgate the ultrasonic elastography features of cervical lymph node tuberculosis and evaluate the value of ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of it.Methods：Ultrasonic elastography findings of 97 lesions in 44 cases were retrospectivel reviewed by using ultrasound elastography 5-score evaluating method.Results：Thirty lesions（85.7%）and thiry-six（83.7%）lesions in nodula and necrotic-type cheese were evaluated as score 1 or 2.Eleven（57.8%）lesions were evaluated as score 3-4 in healed calcified lesions.Conclusions：The hardness is small in majority of cervical lymph node tuberculosis and the score is slow,ultrasonic elastography is useful for the diagnosis.
