摘　　要：邓小平的民主法制思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。它内涵丰富,博大精深,科学地回答了我国社会主义法制建设和法学研究领域中诸如社会主义国家的法的本质、民主与法制的关系、"依法治国"、法的功能与价值、市场经济法制建设等重大理论问题。邓小平关于社会主义民主与法制建设的论述,是邓小平法律思想的核心内容。在纪念中国共产党九十周年之际,重温邓小平民主法制思想,对我们今天的法治的建设和法学研究具有重要的指导意义。Deng Xiaoping's thought of democracy and legality is the important part of Deng Xiaoping theory. It has rich and profound connotation,scientifically replying to some great theoretical problems in the field of China's socialist legal construction & China's legal research. For example:What is the innate character of our socialist legal system? What is the relationship between democracy and legality? What is the rule of law? What is the function and value of the law itself and how to improve the legal construction for our market economy? What Deng Xiaoping told us about the thought of the socialist democracy and legal construction is the core of Deng Xiaoping's legal theory. On the ninetieth anniversary of the Communist Party of China,it is very instructive for us to restudy Deng Xiaoping's thought of democracy and legality,which has very much important direct meaning to our legal system construction and the legal research.
