摘　　要：本文提出了递阶多目标群决策问题及其多级综合决策方法。该方法利用模糊综合评判将定性分析与定量分析有机地结合起来,并使群中个人的作用得以充分发挥,能用于解决干部考核、职称评审等许多实际问题。In this paper,a multi-level synthetical decision approach to group decision pro- blem with hierarchical multi-objective was put forward.It can combine quantitative analysis with qualitive analysis organically by using fuzzy comprehensive appraisal. And it can bring the role of the individuals in the group into full play.The app- roach can find many applications in practical problems,such as,checking on cad- res,passing judgement on academic titles,etc.
